Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy (hereinafter — the “Policy”) establishes the rules and conditions for permissible use of the WHIMSCOPE mobile application, website, and related services (hereinafter — the “Service”).

The purpose of this Policy is to ensure the safe, responsible, and lawful use of the Service by all users. By using WHIMSCOPE, users agree to comply with this Policy, as well as other applicable documents, including the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.

This Policy applies to all users of the Service, regardless of their location, and governs any activity related to the use of WHIMSCOPE, including the creation, publication, and sharing of activities, interaction with other users, as well as the use of artificial intelligence features provided by the Service.

This Policy is applied together with the User Generated Content Policy, which provides more detailed rules governing the creation and use of content.

Users are required to use the Service in a responsible, good-faith manner and in compliance with applicable laws. Any violation of this Policy may result in enforcement actions by WHIMSCOPE, including content removal, restriction of access to certain features of the Service, or suspension or termination of the user’s account access.

2. Scope of the Policy

This Policy applies to all forms of use of the WHIMSCOPE Service, including the mobile application, website, related digital platforms, features, tools, and services provided by WHIMSCOPE.

The Policy applies to any actions performed by users while using the Service, including but not limited to:

  • creating, publishing, or sharing activities, ideas, or tasks;
  • using idea-generation or suggestion features powered by artificial intelligence technologies;
  • uploading, posting, or sharing text, graphic, photo, video, or other user-generated content;
  • interacting and communicating with other users of the Service;
  • searching for or organizing group activities;
  • any other use of WHIMSCOPE functionality.

This Policy applies to all users of the Service regardless of their location and operates in conjunction with other WHIMSCOPE policies and rules.

Users are responsible for their conduct, actions, and any content they create, publish, or share while using the Service.

3. Prohibited Use

Users are prohibited from using the WHIMSCOPE Service in any manner that violates applicable laws, the rights of others, or the principles of safe and responsible platform use. In particular, but not limited to, users are prohibited from engaging in the following actions:

3.1 Illegal Activity

Users are prohibited from using the Service to:

  • violate any applicable laws or regulations;
  • organize, promote, or participate in unlawful activities;
  • distribute information that facilitates the commission of crimes or illegal acts;
  • offer, advertise, or sell illegal goods or services;
  • infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties, including copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights;
  • engage in any other activities that may result in a violation of applicable law.

3.2 Dangerous or Harmful Activities

Users are prohibited from creating, posting, or sharing activities or ideas that:

  • may pose a threat to human life or health;
  • encourage dangerous, risky, or extreme behavior;
  • may cause physical harm, injury, or other dangerous consequences;
  • violate public safety rules or public order;
  • may cause harm to other persons or property.

3.3 Harassment, Bullying, and Abuse

Users are prohibited from:

  • insulting, humiliating, or harassing other users;
  • sending threats or engaging in intimidation;
  • distributing hate speech or discriminatory content;
  • engaging in any form of bullying, harassment, or psychological abuse;
  • posting content intended to degrade the dignity of other individuals.

3.4 Misuse of the Platform

Users are prohibited from:

  • creating fake or misleading identities;
  • creating or using multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or enforcement actions;
  • using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service;
  • distributing spam or unsolicited content;
  • manipulating ratings, reviews, or other platform mechanisms;
  • engaging in fraud or other deceptive practices;
  • attempting unauthorized access to the Service, servers, or related systems;
  • using the Service to test, scan, or compromise the platform security;
  • reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Service, unless expressly permitted by applicable law;
  • engaging in automated data collection (scraping) or mass downloading of information from the Service without prior authorization from WHIMSCOPE.

3.5 Prohibited or Sexual Content

Users are prohibited from posting, sharing, or otherwise using the Service to distribute:

  • pornographic or sexually explicit content;
  • content involving sexual exploitation or violence;
  • any sexual content involving minors;
  • offers or advertisements of sexual services;
  • any other content that may violate applicable laws or digital platform standards.

3.6 Misuse of Artificial Intelligence Features

Users are prohibited from using WHIMSCOPE’s artificial intelligence features to:

  • create illegal or dangerous activities;
  • harass, insult, or discriminate against others;
  • spread false or misleading information;
  • generate or distribute content that violates this Policy or other WHIMSCOPE rules.

WHIMSCOPE reserves the right to remove any content or restrict access to the Service in case of violation of this Policy.

3.7 Prohibited Goods and Services

Users are prohibited from using the Service to offer, advertise, or facilitate activities related to illegal or restricted goods or services, including but not limited to:

  • narcotic or psychotropic substances;
  • illegal weapons or ammunition;
  • counterfeit goods;
  • any other goods or services whose circulation is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

4. User Responsibility for Activities and Interactions

WHIMSCOPE provides users with a digital platform for generating activity ideas, sharing such ideas, and interacting with other users. The Service may use artificial intelligence technologies to generate activity suggestions based on user-selected parameters.

WHIMSCOPE does not organize, manage, or control any activities, meetings, or events that may be suggested, created, or discussed by users through the Service. Any participation in such activities, as well as any interaction between users, including meetings or other activities outside the Service, is undertaken solely at the users’ own discretion and risk.

Users are solely responsible for assessing the safety, legality, and appropriateness of any activities suggested or discovered through WHIMSCOPE. Activity ideas or suggestions generated by the Service or by other users are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered instructions, recommendations, or guarantees of safety.

WHIMSCOPE shall not be liable for any actions, behavior, or decisions of users, nor for any consequences arising from participation in activities or interactions between users, including but not limited to physical harm, injuries, property damage, or any other negative outcomes.

Users are required to act responsibly, comply with applicable laws, and independently evaluate any potential risks associated with activities or interactions arising from the use of the Service.

5. Reporting Violations

WHIMSCOPE encourages users to report any actions, content, or activities that may violate this Policy, other WHIMSCOPE rules, or applicable laws.

Users may also report content or activity that may infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights in accordance with WHIMSCOPE’s Copyright and DMCA Policy.

Users may report potential violations, including but not limited to cases involving:

  • posting dangerous or illegal activities;
  • harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior;
  • fraud or misleading conduct;
  • posting inappropriate or prohibited content;
  • any other behavior that may pose a risk to users or violate the Service rules.

Reports of violations may be submitted through the reporting tools available within the Service or by contacting WHIMSCOPE Support.

WHIMSCOPE may review such reports and take appropriate actions in accordance with its internal procedures and applicable law.

Reports may be submitted either through in-app reporting features or by contacting support via the email address provided on the official WHIMSCOPE website.

6. Enforcement Measures and Sanctions

In the event of a detected violation of this Policy or receipt of a report regarding such a violation, WHIMSCOPE reserves the right to take appropriate measures at its sole discretion in order to ensure user safety and the proper functioning of the Service.

Such measures may include, but are not limited to:

  • removal or restriction of access to content that violates this Policy;
  • temporary restriction of access to certain Service features;
  • temporary suspension of the user’s account;
  • permanent blocking or terminating of the user’s account;
  • any other measures WHIMSCOPE deems necessary to prevent further violations.

WHIMSCOPE may apply such measures without prior notice to the user if necessary to protect other users, ensure platform safety, or comply with legal requirements.

Where appropriate, WHIMSCOPE may also cooperate with law enforcement authorities or other competent bodies in accordance with applicable law.

Violations of this Policy may also result in enforcement actions under the Community Safety Policy.

Enforcement measures taken in response to violations of this Policy are additionally governed by the Content Moderation and Enforcement Policy.

7. Cooperation with Law Enforcement Authorities

WHIMSCOPE complies with applicable laws and may cooperate with law enforcement authorities or other competent governmental bodies in cases required by law.

Upon receipt of a valid legal request, or where necessary for the investigation of potential legal violations, WHIMSCOPE may provide relevant information to such authorities to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Such cases may include, but are not limited to:

  • investigations of illegal activities;
  • prevention of fraud or other unlawful conduct;
  • ensuring the safety of users or third parties;
  • compliance with court orders or other legally binding requirements.

Any disclosure of information is carried out in accordance with applicable law and in consideration of WHIMSCOPE’s Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to this Policy

WHIMSCOPE may from time to time update or modify this Policy in order to reflect changes in the Service’s functionality, legal requirements, or internal platform rules.

In the event of any changes, the updated version of the Policy will be published within the Service or on the official WHIMSCOPE website, together with the effective date of such updates.

Continued use of the Service after the updated Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If a user does not agree with the updated Policy, they must discontinue use of the Service.

All platform policies should be interpreted in conjunction with one another. In the event of any inconsistency between documents, the more specific document governing the relevant matter shall prevail.
